photography tour  :Peru is a country with a population of almost 31 million people. The rainforest  accounts for 60% of the national territory but is home to only 9.41% of the population. It is Peru’s most ethnically and linguistically diverse t erritory.  There are five regions located in the Peruvian tours, (also called the Peruvian jungle) rainforest

Loreto, Madre de Dios, San Martin and Ucayali. While the Peruvian jungle is rich in natural resources, this wealth has not translated into the we being of its inhabitants.

Activities such as the extraction of rubber, petrol and gold have exposed the Amazonia population to exploitation, migration and diseases of the western world.Accessing this area by land is difficult, if not impossible.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs):

Providing basic health, education, protection, and water and sanitation services are some of the main challenges faced by the Peruvian government. The exclusion of communities in the jungle is reflected in the situation of children and adolescents.

For instance, chronic malnutrition affects 4 out of every 100 children under five years old in Lima (the capital of Peru) compared to 29 out of every 100 in rural areas of the jungle. Inequities among children living in the coast, highlands, and jungle are significant, but they are even greater when comparing urban coastal areas with rural jungle areas. 68% of indigenous children and adolescents in Peru live in poverty. Three out of the five Amazon regions have the highest rates of multidimensional child poverty: Loreto (80%), Ucayali (77%), and Amazonas (76%). UNICEF works in these three regions. Survival and Child Development, Education, Protection, Public Policies, and Risk Prevention and Management are the main focus areas of UNICEF for childhood and adolescence in Peru
