Day 1: Manu Nature Into the Cloud Forest & Arrival at the Eco-Lodge .

Early Departure from Cusco :Begin your adventure with a scenic drive through the Andes. Enjoy panoramic views of towering mountains and lush valleys as you descend toward the cloud forest.

Stop at Paucartambo :Visit this charming colonial town known for its preserved culture and deep Quechua roots. Taste fresh local fruits and stretch your legs before continuing.

Acjanaco Pass (3,550 m) :Reach the entrance of Manu National Park, where you’ll witness your first vistas of the Amazon rainforest.

Wildlife Viewing As you descend, keep an eye out for: Cock-of-the-rock , Hummingbirds , Spectacled bears (with luck!) .Birdwatching 

Arrival at Pilcopata Eco-Lodge :Settle into your rainforest lodge surrounded by rich jungle landscapes.

Day 2: Manu Nature Into the Heart of the Manu Rainforest -Machu Wasi Lake -Hiking  Amazon. 

Early Departure to Atalaya :After breakfast, head to Atalaya Port (500 m), then board a motorized boat for a 40-minute ride along the Madre de Dios River—perfect for spotting wildlife along the banks.

Rainforest Exploration :Upon arrival at your next lodge, enjoy a guided walk through ancient rainforest. Learn about medicinal plants, giant trees, and unique animals such as: Capibaras ,Peccaries , Turtles , Birds

Visit to Lake Machuwasi :An afternoon of peaceful birdwatching and wildlife spotting. Look for: machuwasi lake    : Hoatzins ,Small caimans ,Colorful birds perfect for photography

• Route: Rainforest Lodge – Depart from Pilcopata Lodge Inn with scenic stops at a coca plantation, a wildlife rescue center, and the Pico de Hoz viewpoint for hummingbird observation. Continue to Atalaya Port and travel by motorized boat along the Madre de Dios River, with opportunities to spot diverse wildlife. Arrival and overnight at a Rainforest Lodge surrounded by Amazon rainforest.

Day 3: Manu Nature and Parrot Clay Lick & Return to Cusco.

Wake up early for a breathtaking journey down the Madre de Dios River. Our first stop is the famous parrot clay lick, where colorful parakeets, parrots, and macaws gather each morning to feast on mineral-rich clay. Keep your eyes open—you might also spot playful monkeys and other fascinating birds.Tour macaw Clay lick 

After this unforgettable wildlife encounter, return to the lodge for a traditional Amazon breakfast. Then, begin the scenic return journey upstream to Atalaya, where a private vehicle will take you back to Cusco. Along the way, soak in the stunning landscapes and reflect on the unique wildlife and cultural experiences of your Amazon adventure.
