Day 1: Cusco – Paucartambo – Cloud Forest – Pilcopata
- Departure from Cusco by private transport.

- Crossing the Acjanaco Pass, entrance to Manu National Park.
- Hike in the San Pedro Cloud Forest to observe the cock-of-the-rock, monkeys, and tropical vegetation.
- Arrival in Pilcopata for an overnight stay at a local lodge.
- Night 1: Lodge in Pilcopata
Day 2: Pilcopata – Puerto Atalaya – Palotoa Community
