Amazon Tour to Puerto Maldonado

Day 1: Begin your journey from Cusco with a visit to the funerary towers of the Chullpas de Ninamarca and Paucartambo, a folklore village. Ascend to the Acjanaco area to witness the Cock-of-the-Rock ritual and explore the cloud forest. Observe various bird species and possibly the Spectacled Bear. Spend the night in Pilcopata.

Day 2: After breakfast, embark on a boat trip along the Madre de Dios River. Stop at natural hot springs and visit the native community of Diamante. Arrive in Boca Manu for overnight stay.

Day 3: Explore the reserve area, with opportunities to observe turtles, white caimans, ronsocos, and more. Arrive at the Cocha Otorongo Safari Camp, where you can witness giant river otters. Enjoy a night at the camp with shared facilities.
